La ferme du
Bucheron
The history
From dilapidated farmhouse to dream location.
La Ferme du Bucheron is more than just a tourist attraction. It is the life's work of Leen and Benedict — a couple who met as young people while volunteering with elderly people and people with disabilities. After selling their previous business, they decided to return to their original values: care, community and inclusion.
This led to the creation of a place where everyone is welcome, including guests with physical disabilities, families, groups and visitors who come to discover the historic region of the world wars.
After Benedict's death, the management became too much for Leen alone, so now they are looking for a new owner who wants to continue and further develop this unique estate.
100% operational
The business is currently still operating, albeit on a reduced scale. As the new owner, you will be able to take over the running of both the holiday cottages and the café immediately.

Live, work, enjoy.
The property consists of four buildings, each with a specific purpose.

La maison
The old farmhouse has been completely renovated into a beautiful and cosy home with up to five bedrooms.

Les gîtes
The building that houses the five holiday cottages (which can accommodate up to 26 people) has been completely rebuilt. However, it has been designed in a style that exudes authenticity at every level.

L'estaminet
The pub is located in the former hop field. Here too, authenticity is omnipresent, harmoniously combined with modern furnishings.

La Grange
The roof of this barn has already been renovated. Its function must be maintained, but it is ideal as storage space.
